Outpatient Physical Therapist (Sign-On and Relocation bonuses available)

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history
• Provide excellent individualized care for patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
• Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to begin licensing process expeditiously)
• Working knowledge of computer and EMR software applications
• All experience levels encouraged to apply

Pay

$85,000–$100,000 per year, inclusive of productivity incentives.
