Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Document patient encounters in compliance with professional standards
• Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA-approved program
• Active Ohio state license required to start
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (may be required)
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Availability for day shift with weekend rotation
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and credential maintenance
