About the role
We are seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehabilitation services in a supportive, innovative environment dedicated to professional growth and transformative care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Manage patient documentation within EMR systems
- Educate patients tailored to their individual needs
- Manage a full caseload of 10–12 patients daily
Requirements
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills
