Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking qualified outpatient physical therapists with expertise in orthopedic and pelvic floor specialties. New graduates are welcome, and sign-on bonuses are available for experienced candidates. This role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients across all age groups to maximize function using therapeutic exercises, modalities, and skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients
• Supervise staff therapists and coordinate clinical services
• Manage patient caseloads and ensure documentation compliance per organizational and JCAHO standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Train staff and students
• Provide weekend/holiday coverage based on operational needs
• Engage in program planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and graduation from an approved Physical Therapy program
• Current PT license (licensure in NH may be required)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience; advanced degrees and 2+ years preferred

Skills

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication abilities
• Experience with pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients
• Supervisory and training skills
• Documentation and compliance expertise
