Outpatient Physical Therapist

About the role

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join a well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic serving the Kodiak community. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about providing individualized patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The clinic follows a true 1:1 treatment model, allowing therapists the autonomy to deliver high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with their patients. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Alaska licensure.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to become credentialed with major insurance payers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
