Outpatient Physical Therapist

About the role

We deliver exceptional patient care that helps individuals return to activities they love, whether that's sports, work, or everyday life. We treat a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic and sports injuries, neurological conditions, vestibular disorders, oncology rehabilitation, and amputee care. New graduates are welcome and receive on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior)
