Outpatient Physical Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Concussion, Industrial (POETs, and FCEs), Vestibular, Dry Needling, and an ACL program. The position is located in Cambridge, MD.

Responsibilities

• Treat 40 hours per week, averaging 10-12 patients per day, with 1:1 hour evaluations.
• Treat a diverse outpatient population, helping patients return to athletics, work, life, and the things they love.
• Offer a variety of specialty services including Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Neurological Rehabilitation, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Geriatric Therapy, Dry Needling, Work Conditioning and Industrial Rehab (POETs and FCEs), Manual Therapy Techniques, Therapeutic Exercise and Functional Movement Training.
• Participate in structured mentorship and orientation programs to support professional growth.
• Expand specialty offerings based on individual interests, skills, or outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 with incentives including a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and/or an indefinite loan help.
