The position serves as a Service Line Lead for an Outpatient PHP/IOP Psychiatrist role located in Kirkland, Washington. This role does not require weekends or call.Responsibilities
- Lead clinical service line activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide consultation and supervision to staff
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- MD/DO degree
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- At least 5 years of psychiatric clinical experience
- Experience leading mental health service lines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current license to practice psychiatry in Washington State
- Experience with PHP/IOP populations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
