About the role
Fairfax Behavioral Health has been providing comprehensive mental health and co-occurring addiction treatment services since 1930. Our Kirkland campus is a 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital, while our Everett and Monroe campuses offer 30- and 34-bed facilities respectively. Fairfax Behavioral Health also operates outpatient services across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a manageable and sustainable caseload of 15-18 total encounters per day
- Work flexible hours, generally Monday-Friday, day shifts, with occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only
- Lead initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and patient discharges
- Participate in leadership and growth opportunities, including unit directorship and additional stipend for service line directorship
Requirements
- MD/DO degree from an accredited program
- BC/BE in General Psychiatry (required)
- Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license
- Maintain all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians

Benefits and Compensation
- Full-time employed W-2 position
- Salary range: $320,000-$350,000
- Unit or Service Line Directorship available (includes additional stipend)
