Outpatient Pediatrics

Role Overview: This outpatient pediatrics position involves providing comprehensive, high-quality care within a patient-centered medical home that includes behavioral health, dental, and specialty services. Responsibilities: Manage a manageable patient volume (16–20 patients daily), utilizing a structured 5-day, 40-hour schedule with built-in scheduling buffers. Work with a dedicated 2:1 clinical support staff model (medical assistants and nurses) and use the Epic electronic medical record system to streamline workflows.
