Join a community-focused outpatient pediatrics role in northern Arizona, providing meaningful clinical care with flexibility and long-term impact. As a pediatrician, you will work with a well-established team supported by clinical staff, including medical assistants and nursing support, and benefit from specialty tele-support. This position offers the option for a fully outpatient practice with no call requirement, or the choice to rotate inpatient coverage. Clinic schedules are flexible, with four- or five-day workweeks, enabling a healthy work-life balance, all within a community known for its rich cultural heritage and scenic landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Providing care to an average of 15–20 pediatric patients daily
• Participating in teaching and leadership initiatives as the clinic grows
• Contributing to a culturally responsive, community-oriented healthcare environment
