About the Role
Outpatient pediatrics opportunity at a newly developed community clinic in northern Arizona. Join a well-established pediatric team supported by a regional health system known for culturally responsive care and deep community engagement. This role can be fully outpatient with no call requirement, or include optional inpatient coverage if desired.
Clinic schedules offer flexibility with four- or five-day workweeks, allowing you to shape your practice around both professional goals and personal priorities. Physicians are supported by experienced clinical staff, specialty tele-support, and opportunities to contribute to teaching and leadership initiatives as the clinic ramps up.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric care in a community clinic setting
- Average of 15–20 patients per day
- Option to rotate inpatient coverage if desired
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 4-day or 5-day clinical workweek options
- No call requirement
