We seek a positive and passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist eager to learn and grow while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

  • Treat the whole body with a blend of hands-on care and effective exercise prescription in 55-minute one-on-one sessions.
  • Enjoy a supportive team environment that prioritizes patient care over professional ego, and be flexible and open to change.
  • Connect deeply with patients and communicate the value of your treatments effectively.
  • Work in a friendly, smaller clinic atmosphere without the constraints of insurance documentation and excessive patient loads.
  • Offer a holistic approach to care, integrating Manual Therapies with education and highly skilled therapeutic exercise.
  • Provide high-quality therapy, education, and holistic care to patients.
  • Collaborate with a skilled, passionate team that values your personality and contributions.
  • Use AI support for notes and EMR to increase efficiency and ease with documentation.
  • Choose between part-time (20 hours) or full-time (40 hours) schedules, with no weekend clinic hours.

Requirements

Must have a current license to practice physical therapy in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

  • Passionate and confident Orthopedic Physical Therapist, whether a new grad or with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Able to integrate Manual Therapies with education and highly skilled therapeutic exercise in a holistic approach to care.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow, enhancing both your skills and your patients’ outcomes.
  • Tired of cookie-cutter approaches dictated by high-volume clinic models or insurance constraints.
  • Ready to connect with clients on a personal level, tailoring your treatment to their unique needs.
  • An interest in or specialization in Women's Health / Pelvic Floor.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR).
