Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough evaluations and provide individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and manual therapy techniques.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients, inspiring them to engage in their care and achieve outstanding results.
  • Take ownership of caseload management and patient outcomes, exercising sound clinical judgment and professional accountability.
  • Participate in continuous professional development through unlimited continuing education funding and opportunities to pursue advanced certifications.
  • Contribute to shaping and expanding specialty programs as your interests and expertise develop.

Requirements

  • Several years of orthopedic physical therapy experience.
  • A genuine passion for lifelong learning and initiative to seek answers, embrace feedback, and solve problems.
  • Natural curiosity, resourcefulness, and self-direction when faced with new challenges.
  • “Great hands” and enjoyment of incorporating manual therapies such as John Barnes Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and IPA.
  • An interest in orthopedics, women's/pelvic health, TMD/TMJ, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness & prevention, or development of other specialties.

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Passion for clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Experience with evidence-based practice and holistic, individualized care.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with patients.

Skills

  • Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and provide individualized care.
