Outpatient Oncology Infusion RN - Full-Time

About the role

The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician provides specialized outpatient infusion care, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies, under the guidance of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Deliver patient-centered, culturally aware care
• Ensure safe administration of hazardous drugs
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Participate in staff education and mentoring
• Engage in protocol development and data collection
• Promote quality outcomes while adhering to organizational policies and standards
• Float between sites to support patient care needs, including local travel

Requirements

• Active nursing license
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Maintain annual chemotherapy competence
