Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - LCSW

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop/implement treatment plans
- Document progress and treatment plans according to company policy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
- Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- LCSW clinical licensure in Tennessee
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Valant electronic health record systems
Skills
- Comfort and familiarity with a diverse client base
- EMDR certification (nice to have)
- Weekend availability (nice to have)
- Registered Play Therapist certification (nice to have)
