About the Role
Our clinicians evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide excellent customer service. We also coordinate services with various stakeholders and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation according to company policy
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidates must have a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution and be on track to obtain LCSW clinical licensure in Tennessee
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Valant Electronic Health Record systems
- Preferred: EMDR certification, Registered Play Therapist designation, and weekend availability

Qualifications

Pay and Schedule
Salary is competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Full-time clinicians must maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
