Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions to support clients' goals
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session as per company guidelines
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time status clinicians
• Coordinate services with various stakeholders as needed
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

Essential qualifications include:

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
• LCSW clinical licensure in Tennessee
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries
• Timely completion of documentation and submission of documents
• Familiarity with a diverse client base
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Valant electronic health record system
• Preferred credentials: EMDR certification, Registered Play Therapist
