Outpatient Mental Health Clinician - Behavioral Health Atrium

Responsibilities

• Provides psychotherapy to patients across all ages in individual and group settings
• Conducts initial mental health evaluations
• Develops personalized treatment plans with specific goals
• Collaborates with patients, families, caregivers, and other providers to coordinate care
• Performs assessments
• Facilitates transitions between care levels
• Obtains service authorizations when needed
• Ensures timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and payor requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
