Seeking a board-certified or eligible Internal Medicine physician to join an outpatient practice with an established patient panel of approximately 3,800 annual visits. The role offers predictable hours, no call, and a 4.5-day workweek. The practice uses Athena EMR and emphasizes straightforward, "bread-and-butter" internal medicine, supported by an on-site Nurse Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Providing outpatient primary care services for adults aged 18 and older
- Managing acute visits and chronic diseases
- Participating in a community-focused, stable practice environment
Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Comfort managing outpatient adult primary care
- Alabama medical license or eligibility
J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available.
