Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services

Support and Workflow

• Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support
• 1:2 physician-to-MA/LPN ratio
• Telenurse triage for call coverage
• Protected time off

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, flexible hours
• Average patient load of 18-22 patients daily

Pay

• Base salary of over $304,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $150,000 student loan forgiveness

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
