- 20 patients/day
- 1.0 FTE, 4–5 day workweek; call ~1:20
- 1:1 MA support and EPIC EMR
- On-site X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy

Compensation & Benefits
- First-year salary guarantee: $316,804
- Productivity compensation + panel management bonuses + up to 10% value bonuses
