About the role

Baystate Health is seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our employed team in Enfield, CT. Enjoy 1:1 Medical Assistant support, nurse triage, onsite lab, behavioral health integration, and direct access to Baystate's extensive multispecialty network. Practice within a large integrated health system while maintaining a collaborative, community-based practice environment. Work closely with experienced Physicians, APPs, nurses, and other members of the care team. Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR with dedicated technology support. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with access to integrated behavioral health and specialty services.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays
• Full-time positions include 32 patient-facing hours per week, allowing time for administrative and other professional responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with experienced Physicians, APPs, nurses, and other members of the care team
• Utilize state-of-the-art EMR with dedicated technology support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Primary care experience strongly preferred

Pay

• Salary Range: $128,000 - $175,000
