About the role
Seeking a full-time Outpatient Hand Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized care in upper extremity and hand therapy within outpatient clinics.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for post-surgical and non-surgical hand conditions
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to enhance mobility and function
- Perform orthosis fabrication and utilize advanced treatment techniques
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the practice state
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Experience in upper extremity/hand therapy is preferred but mentorship is available for passionate learners
