About the Role
Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adults, and families in a clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver individual and family therapy to promote healing, resilience, and recovery.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and coordinate community resources.
- Offer crisis intervention when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in mental health treatment, preferably with diverse populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
