Responsibilities
- Create and implement treatment plans and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality client care
- Maintain 25+ weekly sessions (full-time)
- Provide therapy for families
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience working with families
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Supervision experience
- Bilingual skills or specialized certifications
