OUTPATIENT DIETITIAN

Location: TouchPoint at All Saints Hospital, Racine, WI.

About the role

Seeking an Outpatient Dietitian to provide individualized nutrition counseling, develop personalized meal plans, and support patients in managing medical conditions and improving overall health.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply evidence‑based practice in alignment with diet manuals, company policies, and facility protocols.
• Contribute to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Partner with the food service management team to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.

Requirements

• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice (or willing to obtain licensure).
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, no weekends or holidays.
