About the role

As the Outpatient Coordinator (OP), you will maintain referral management and coordinate all outpatient services. You will serve as the lead support person for the hospital-based and/or freestanding outpatient clinic, making recommendations to management regarding scheduling, hiring, and performance management of clerical staff where applicable.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Business or Technical School training (preferred)
• Strong medical terminology (required)
• More than one (1) year experience in a medical office position or in a healthcare registration function
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
