The Outpatient Surgery Coordinator facilitates patient admission, ensuring accurate demographics, insurance verification, and timely documentation. They serve as the first point of contact, providing compassionate assistance and answering inquiries about payment and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify patient information
• Obtain insurance benefits and handle payment collections
• Schedule appointments and enter data into hospital systems
• Generate reports and follow up on discrepancies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation
