About the role
This position is a blend of group, individual, and assessment work. We serve Domestic Violence Probationers—DV experience is a plus, but we will train. Behavioral health experience and licensure are preferred (Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field).
Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, supervised by a Clinical Manager or Regional Administrator, providing outpatient counseling services to adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework: “Better health for the population, better care for the individual, and lower cost per capita.” Services may be delivered in the office or other place of service.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient counseling services to clients.
- Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment, and discharge planning through evidence-based practices.
- Chart progress, maintain clinical records, and ensure implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
- Monitor and follow up on client needs; submit monthly service reports as required.
- Coordinate services in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.
- Provide client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals and families.
Requirements
- Arizona Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LIAC, LMSW, LAC, LAAC, or LMFT in good standing (temporary license does not qualify).
- Master’s degree (MA, MC, MSW) in a Behavioral Health Field.
- Experience treating co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Behavioral health experience (defined as direct care to individuals with mental disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse, or significant psychological/behavioral responses to stressors).
- Experience with Domestic Violence populations is a plus.
Pay
- $23.42+ per hour for Master's Level Therapists.
- $57,000+ for Associate Level Therapists.
- $70,000+ for Independent Licensed Therapists.
- Additional language differential pay available for Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili, or ASL.
Schedule
Full-Time, 40 hours/week. Options: Tuesday - Saturday OR Monday - Friday.
