Outpatient Clinician

About the role
As a Clinician, you will deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy and support individuals in achieving meaningful clinical outcomes while maintaining strong engagement and access to care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with assessed needs and program standards
- Coordinate care with internal teams, families, and external providers
- Facilitate referrals to additional services and support access to care
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain productivity expectations and proactively address barriers to service delivery
- Provide services across multiple settings, including clinic, community, and telehealth
- Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field required
- Licensed or actively working toward licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent preferred)
- Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations in a culturally responsive and empathetic manner
- Comfortable with electronic health records and technology platforms

Pay
$55,000 - $65,000
- Differential for unlicensed clinicians: $3,500/year once you obtain independent license (LMHC or LICSW)
- $5,000/year once your caseload is at 50% or more with clients/parents who speak a language other than English
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with expectation of 6 weekly hours between 5pm-8pm & weekend rotation 9am-1pm (as needed by rotation). Hybrid with 2 days in-person at schools.
