Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients, tailored to your preferences.
- Provide evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to a varied clientele.
- Collaborate actively within a multi-disciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Commit to ongoing professional development through monthly training sessions and other educational opportunities.
Requirements
- Independent licensure required.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting.
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred.
- CANS certification required (may be obtained through online training).
- Strong organization and time management skills.
Pay
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses. Annual salary range for a full-time (40 hours per week) position: $65,000 – $105,000 USD.
