Outpatient Clinician

About the Role

Saint Clare's Health is seeking an Outpatient Clinician to join the Psych Individual/Group Therapy department. This is a full-time, day shift position located in Denville, NJ. Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates, with eligibility and payout terms discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services including individual, family, and group counseling, support, and other activities
• Complete comprehensive assessment, development of treatment and discharge plan of care
• Maintain all clinical documentation
• Participate in and facilitate all family and/or collateral meetings, interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, case conferences or other meetings as required to ensure continuity of care
• Complete all required utilization review tasks as assigned
• For Outpatient and Residential services/programs, provide transportation to client residence and/or transportation of clients as required

Qualifications

• LCSW preferred; LPC, LCADC license for independent practice level required (primary source verification must be tracked annually if employee holds one or more of these licenses)
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work

Pay

$60,548.80 to $75,691.20 annually
