Responsibilities

• Evaluating clients and constructing mental health diagnoses
• Creating and maintaining treatment plans
• Completing ongoing documentation
• Billing (to some extent)
• Providing excellent customer service for clients
• Collaborating with a dynamic team
• Utilizing creativity in interventions
• Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
• On track to obtain licensure in Georgia
• Associate, clinical licensure, or be on licensure track (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia
• Experience with completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
