Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

About the role

Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our growing outpatient team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups or families with a wide range of presenting concerns.
• Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota - additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus!
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment.
• Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.

Pay

Starting Pay: $75K - $90K for Master's Level clinicians, based on hours and experience. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
