Clinical Therapist - Outpatient Mental Health

Location: Batavia, NY | Amherst/Buffalo, NY | Lackawanna, NY  |  Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services to children, adults, and families. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing behavioral health support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with community providers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 8-9 client sessions per day.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of behavioral health or social work experience (internship experience considered).
• NYS LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMHC-P, Licensed Psychologist, or other OMH-approved license. Limited Permit holders are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

Tuesday–Friday  |  37.5 hours/week  |  Flexible 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
