About the role

The Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams and/or programs under direct supervision of the Administrator. They assist with quality improvement duties and participate in a structured on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate program operations
• Assist Administrator with quality improvement tasks
• Participate in structured on-call rotation
• Respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe

Requirements

• Masters or higher degree in Social Services
• Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation (LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
• One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting
• Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
• Experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families, and advisory boards
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
• At least 18 years of age
• CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified

Pay

Starting wage range is $96,263.29 - $118,919.08. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
