Outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Position Highlights
- Join our team at Baystate Cardiology where you will see patients primarily in our Greenfield office with occasional rotations in our Northampton.
- Work collaboratively with cardiologists, APPs, nursing staff and ancillary team members to provide comprehensive care including new and follow-up visits, management of chronic diseases, and patient education.
- Communicate with primary care and specialty teams to ensure smooth transitions of care.
- 100% outpatient medicine with a Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends or call.
- Orientation includes didactic competency training and a ramp-up plan for clinical training.
Qualifications
- BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experienced in cardiology highly desirable.
Compensation
The compensation range below represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

- Maximum: $170,260
