About the role

We are looking for a team member who will deliver exceptional guest experiences by taking orders, running food, handling payments, and creating memorable moments that turn guests into “Raving Fans.”

Responsibilities

• Take guests’ orders accurately and efficiently.
• Run food to tables in a timely manner.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment, including proficient use of a point-of-sale system.
• Check IDs for guests who appear to be under 30 years old to ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge and use proven suggestive-selling techniques.
• Answer guest questions accurately and politely, and satisfy all guest needs by regularly checking back throughout their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized station, including pre-bussing tables and general table maintenance.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties such as setting up/breaking down stations, refilling condiments, and cleaning ashtrays.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all table and station numbers.
• Direct guests to areas and restrooms as needed.
• Create memorable experiences and entertain guests to build loyalty.
