Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including restaurant culinary operations.
- Possession of all local food management and safety certifications.
- Ability to learn and implement innovative ideas.
- Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for food.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to express and exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hands above shoulders.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, balance, carry up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and noisy environments.

Physical Demands
