Outgoing Quality Assurance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse quality-related functions, ensuring efficient execution of operational, equipment, and support tasks.
• Develop and execute Outgoing Corrective Action Plans (OCAP) to proactively address and resolve nonconformities in outgoing products.
• Configure equipment recipes for automatic inspection tools, ensuring precise and accurate product inspection.
• Collaborate effectively with Outgoing Quality Assurance operators, providing essential support for daily activities, including product shipment preparation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by strictly following all standards and workplace safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Solid foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• General Computer Literacy: Aptitude to quickly learn and operate specialized inspection tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
• Attitude and Abilities: Demonstrated positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and proven multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, including wearing full personal protective equipment (coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, and gloves).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a compressed schedule, including night shifts, overtime, and holidays as required.
