Outgoing Quality Assurance Specialist
About the role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) Associate to ensure defect-free, high-quality wafers are delivered to our customers. This role involves performing final quality control checks, conducting wafer visual inspections, and supporting other organizations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform final quality control checks to verify all products meet all requirements.
- Conduct wafer visual inspections and defect classification.
- Record results and follow recovery procedures when defects are found.
- Package products per customer requirements.
- Maintain monitoring of fab environment quality items: particles, static charging, temperature, bacteria, and AMC monitors.
- Report any problems relating to the product, process, or quality system.
- Provide suggestions for improvements and participate in improvement actions.

- Flexible to change to meet company needs including working night shifts as necessary.

Pay & Schedule
- Starting wage: $22.25 per hour.
- Shifts: A, B, C, D.
- Wage: $23.84 for A and C shifts, $27.66 for B and D shifts.
- Shift structure: 4 days on/3 days off one week, 3 days on/4 days off the following week.
- Meal and break allowance: 2 hours per 12-hour shift.
