Responsibilities
- Selling outdoor construction projects including decks, patios, hardscapes, and custom outdoor living
- Running company-provided leads and generating your own leads through networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Performing on-site estimates and guiding clients from first meeting to signed contract
- Managing projects from sale through completion
- Communicating with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Maintaining organized, accurate project documentation
- Using Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, and other software tools to track jobs, schedules, and budgets
- Solving problems in real time and proactively preventing issues
- Bringing ideas, improvements, and leadership to the table
- Representing the company professionally with clients and within the community

- A mindset of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Someone who takes ownership, acts on opportunities, builds relationships, and grows their book of business
- Someone who takes pride in their work and reputation
- Someone who solves problems rather than passes them off
- Someone who cares about clients, coworkers, and the community
- Someone who wants to grow with a company, not bounce from job to job
