Outcomes and Operational Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

Gathers and analyzes information. Forms and tests hypotheses. Develops and communicates recommendations to support senior level decision making.

Builds descriptive and predictive data models to address complex operational and clinical needs. Ensures validation and reliability of analytics.

Defines scope and requirements for analysis to answer complex operational and clinical questions. Designs forecasting tools using internal data in partnership with data scientists. Builds and presents analysis via excel, Power BI and other tools to operational and clinical end users.

Requirements

Bachelors degree.

Qualifications

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

$36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
