About the role

MCI is seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to support a variety of exciting projects for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and dedicated, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately
  • Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
  • Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
  • Maintain attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

SkillsMust be 18 years or older
