Outbound Sales Representative
About the role
MCI is seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to support various projects for leading brands worldwide. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, communicative, and driven.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally
- Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately
- Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
- Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
- Maintain attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
