Outbound Sales Agent- (Orlando, FL Remote)

About the role

As a Sales Executive at ONE, you will sell premium high-price point travel products to a sophisticated customer base. You will connect with potential customers through virtual channels, understand their unique needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process. Your ability to build rapport, provide tailored solutions, and close deals will drive the success of our virtual sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our high-end products, their features, benefits, and how they fulfill customer needs.
• Practice consultative selling: communicate the value of the solution rather than just its features, and articulate how it addresses the customer’s specific travel needs.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers based on trust, transparency, and product expertise.
• Skillfully handle pricing discussions and negotiations to ensure a win-win outcome for both the customer and the company.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing high-value deals.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales experience, with a focus on high-price point products or services.
• Excellent virtual communication skills, including video and phone communication.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Must successfully complete and clear the company’s comprehensive background screening process as a condition of employment.

Pay

Base salary plus uncapped commission. First-year earnings: $75,000 to $100,000+.
