Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of warm leads and drive toward your revenue target
• Work your lead queue and conduct consultative phone conversations
• Educate patients on LaserAway's treatment options
• Overcome objections and follow up persistently
• Close sales and keep your pipeline visible in the CRM
• Perform a high volume of outbound activity (50+ calls per day is typical)

Compensation & Benefits

• $20/hr base + tiered commission up to 13.5%, uncapped
• Average first‑year earnings: $90K+ (top performers earn significantly more)
