Your Mission

Conduct outbound phone calls as the primary channel, reinforced by strategic follow-up emails, to convert leads into sales.

Own win-back campaigns specifically targeting abandoned carts and failed payment/cancelled subscription accounts.

Focus relentlessly on revenue-based performance metrics, driving toward a weekly benchmark of 60–70% recovery on reached customers.

Accurately navigate restricted BOSS (ERP) lead lists to capture customer pain points and pitch tailored subscription solutions.

Experience working with Shopify checkout flows and recovery automation.
