Role and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5 dedicated Materials Handlers.
- Responsible for the loading of outbound trucks, export shipping containers and manufactured skid assemblies that are shipping to customer job sites or 3PL storage locations.
- Unload inbound trucks for materials returning to Bloom Energy for final assembly on skids.
- Responsible for distributing prepared documentation to respective drivers.
- Responsible for the timely execution of monthly Cycle Counts in Oracle, including performing physical counts, entering count data, and researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Responsible for proactively managing and organizing inventory in the Yard.
- Stage units for upcoming shipments to ensure timely and efficient loading of trucks & containers.
- Support skid assembly team and packaging operations by staging units for processing.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by verifying inbound material on Move Orders generated by the Install Kitting or Warehouse departments.
Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics.
- Cycle Counting Experience.
- ERP Transactional Experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Hand-held scan gun experience.
- Inventory Management.
- Forklift Experience & Certification, along with ability to operate heavy material handling equipment.
- Organizational Skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Ability to work onsite Friday-Sunday 6AM-6PM, flex hours and work occasional overtime as the business requires.
- Must be able to perform job duties outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) and tolerate environmental exposure for extended periods.
- Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Salary Ranges: $74,600.00 - $107,400.00.
